Step 1 Selection of Education Institution and Course

• Analyse student’s academic and non-academic potential

• Explain the New Zealand education system and different study pathways for student

• Advise student the most appropriate education institution and course

Step 2.1 English Test

• Arrange students to sit for internal English test from individual education institution

Step 2.2 Attend School Interview

• Arrange school interview for students and parents.

Step 3.1 Submission of Application

• Assist student to complete application form

• Attached supporting documents required by education institution together with application fee (if applicable)

• Present the student case to education institution

Step 3.2 Letter of Offer

• Education institution will assess the application

• Student will receive the Letter of Offer if they meet all the entry requirements

Step 4.1 Acceptance Payment

• To accept the offer, student is required to pay fees to the education institution

• Arrange guardian for students under 18 (if applicable)

Step 4.2 Confirmation of Enrolment

• Upon receipt acceptance payment, education institution will issue confirmation of enrolment

Step 5 Student Visa Application

• Assist student to complete student visa application form

• Attached all the required supporting documents for application

• Undergo medical examination

• Apply for Certificate of No Criminal Conviction (17 years old or above students)

• The Immigration New Zealand will grant the student visa if student fulfils the visa requirements

Step 6 Pre-departure

• Arrange accommodation

• Arrange airport pick-up

• Assist to book flight tickets

• Pre-departure briefing
