3 accommodation options are available:

1. Boarding House, Hall of Residence or Student Hostel

Student accommodation is either on campus or within walking distance.  Room types are single or multi-shared.  Meals are provided in boarding house and hall of residence. Student hostels without meal plans may be available for older students.  Students share kitchen facilities and cook their own meals.

2. Homestay

Students can choose to stay with local New Zealander families.  They will have their own bedroom with meals provided by host family. Daily communication and interaction with the host family can assist students to improve English quickly.

3. Rental Property

For students over 18, they can choose to live independently or with friends in rental property.  In general, students are required to purchase furniture and electric appliances as well as pay bills on electricity, gas, water, telephone and so on.
