England

England is the largest country in the United Kingdom (UK). It is located in the south-east of UK and covers an area of 130,000 square kilometres, with a dense population of 51 million, accounting for 85% of the whole UK population. England can be divided into seven parts: middle-east district, eastern England, northern England, middle England, London, south-eastern England and western England. The main cities in England are:

Scotland

Scotland is located in the Northern Britain. It covers an area of 78,000 square kilometres. Scotland is famous for its lattice pattern, pipe music and whiskey. Scotland has a cold weather, with average degree of 9.3 Degree Celsius in the year. The lowest temperature is in December with 2.3 Degree Celsius in average and the highest temperature is only 16.7 Degree Celsius average in summer. The main cities in Scotland are:

Wales

Wales, located in the South-western part of United Kingdom, covers an area of 20,000 square kilometres with population of 2.9 million. The capital city is Cardiff. Wales is famous for its landscape, one of them is the coastal national park of the United Kingdom. The main cities in Wales are:

  • Swansea

North Ireland

Located in the north-eastern part of Ireland Island, covering an area of 140,000 square kilometres with population of 1.7 million. The capital is Belfast. Although north Ireland is located in the north, the temperature can reach an average of 20 Degree Celsius or above in summer and drop to below 10 Degree Celsius in winter under the effect of north Atlantic climate. The opportunity to see the snow is also lower. The main cities in North Ireland are:
